Had my dog for a full spaw and groom. She got into some maple syrup and was also knotted in her rear area. They did an amazing job, I was so happy! Very professional, clean and personalble. My girl Tessa will be going back!

I love sending my dogs here and feel so confident in the care that is provided. They always come home tired so I know they play all day! It is so evident that they care so deeply for our animals and know what they are doing and the new management has been so accommodating and enhanced the experience of my dogs time at daycare!

I just want to start this off by giving a huge cheers to the staff for all of their hard work and creating such an accommodating place for my puppy! The drop-off and pickup is always a very smooth transition. Even though I am not in the daycare with them, I can just tell my dog really enjoys his time there. He gets so excited every single time I drop him off because he has all of his friends there!

Phenomenal daycare, my two babies have been going here for years. Kim and the staff truly have so much care for the dogs and love Their jobs. The new additions to daycare such as walks have been a life saver as me and the wifey are super busy we know for sure the pups are getting enough exercise. Love this place :)

My Lucy gets very nervous with nail trims, but Erin is always so patient, calm, and gentle. She takes her time and really knows how to handle anxious dogs, which makes such a difference!! We truly appreciate the kindness and care shown every visit. Highly recommend Erin for anyone with a nervous pup!”

Great for dogs, but the owner experience is frustratingly bureaucratic. The pick-up process is a relic of the COVID days, defined by arbitrary rules. I've been told to ring the bell and wait outside in the cold while looking at a perfectly warm, empty room, and most recently told to text and wait in my car. It really feels like they've lost sight of what it means to put the customer first. I will exercise my option to bring my do to the many other doggy daycares.

Erin is the best dog groomer in Burlington! The dogs love her and she has such a beautiful demeanor, no wonder they love her. My rescue dog has been going fir 3 years now, and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Her skills are through the roof!!

Furry friends is an amazing place where my dog loves to play and socialize with other dogs. We couldn’t be happier with the friendly staff and wonderful care our girl gets when she visits her favourite place. Highly recommend. Have been a client for 2 years.
