We have to give a shout out to Eden Tile It Burlington, especially Manager Brian! The whole experience of picking tiles for our bathroom, accent tiles, grout colour and in the end tile cleaner was one of the best reno experiences we have had! Support and customer service were outstanding throughout. At the end of our project they accepted back some unopened boxes of tile and a corner shelf we didn't use, which was very nice. Then we were given a surprise, Brian noticed a pricing error on the original order and offered us an even larger credit! Eden Tile-It is one of the best stores I've ever been to, and was way more helpful than any of the big box stores. As a matter of fact, it was one of the big box stores that recommended me to them because they are specialists. And even though all I needed was a bit of grout and some help with caulking, Owen and Diane still spent all the time I needed to answer all my questions and provide me with much needed advice. The information they provided was way more useful than any YouTube video! I would definitely recommend them to anybody:)
