what a tremendous experience! first-time tiler here... DIY bathroom tiles. start to finish, Eden set me up with everything I needed, great advice how-tos... mortar-to-grout. I over-bought tiles which they took back (unopened boxes...cuz I was sure I'd mess up). explained about the rails... who knew? not me. timing for tiles etc to set before grout. financially has no choice but to DIY this project and I came to the perfect place. great variety of in-stock tiles which I used. millions (it seemed) of ordering options. will definitely go back when I do my kitchen and LR floors. We have to give a shout out to Eden Tile It Burlington, especially Manager Brian! The whole experience of picking tiles for our bathroom, accent tiles, grout colour and in the end tile cleaner was one of the best reno experiences we have had! Support and customer service were outstanding throughout. At the end of our project they accepted back some unopened boxes of tile and a corner shelf we didn't use, which was very nice. Then we were given a surprise, Brian noticed a pricing error on the original order and offered us an even larger credit!
