My dog look so ugly with this hair cut . I’m crying when I see my dog . The cut is so short and un even . When my husband bring him home I was shock. Then I call to let the guy no he hang up a phone . What the business do that for customer . I don’t know he have a lisience or not . My frost time and last time . Never come back . It is accident. He don’t know how to cut my dog. He should apologize to me don’t hang up the phone is unprofessional.

This is our first time with John and it will not be our last. We were tired of overpaying form puppy grooming mills where they do not listen or care and charge through the roof. John was very hands on. He groomed our dos, did his pad, nails and ears for less than we have ever paid. He was done within an hour and was a very happy puppy. Will be back

When I picked up my dog, he had completely shaved him down. Not at all what we asked for. As he as handing him back to me my dog jumped up and fell on his back. I was more concerned with my dogs well being to noticed that he was shaved to the quick, very patchy. He shaved his tail off. We emailed hi, our concerns and he said our dog was un cooperative. He’s a 9 and half month puppy. Blamed us. No refund or compensation was given. It honestly looked like someone who has never groomed decided to give it a try..
