In a time where customer service and satisfaction doesn’t seem to rank high on the priority list of many companies, D’Angelo and sons has been first class! Called D'angelo because we had an excessive amount of snow and ice covering our low slope roof which was causing us concern and needed to get done quickly. I first spoke with Taylor who was a delight to talk to and very helpful. She and Jeff due to the urgency of the situation, were able to rearrange a time with their contractors to do the work within a couple of hours from our initial call.. The two men that came to do the work were knowledgeable and helpful. Happy to recommend D'Angelo and sons.

I called D'Angelo roofing for a repair on a flat roof and spoke with Taylor, she was a joy to deal with! She explained the process very clearly, she was very helpful, professional and so kind! I booked with them to do the repairs because Taylor made it so easy and seamless for me to put my trust into them.
I have full confidence that they will do a great job! So glad I called.

Not worth the money -
- while selling they tell you one thing about time and later you’re at their mercy
- rude sales professionals often don’t want to do the job. I have to calm them down as they were offended when they will start the work
- faulty craftsmanship, leaking from 3 places of Eavesthrough
- customer care poor, gave me phone number to take care my problem

Not worth the money

Steve Hall was always available to answer any issues we had with the roof upgrades. Having a mansard roof and a flat roof was a challenge but D Angelo did a great job.

Not getting a new roof at this time but spoke with Chris last week and he was able to give me some great and valuable advice and info over the phone. Knowledgeable and helpful.
