I hired this company last fall because my eavestroughs were not draining properly. Their salesperson came to my house and told me the entire eavestrough system needed to be replaced in order to solve the problem. I trusted their advice and paid nearly $3,000 for new eavestroughs.
The result? The problem wasn't fixed at all.
When I called them back, a different salesperson came out and told me I needed a beam installed to correct the issue. They quoted me an additional $8,000 for the beam. At that point it became clear that the original recommendation to replace all of the eavestroughs had been completely unnecessary.
I declined the $8,000 beam quote and was left with a $3,000 bill for work that did not solve the problem I hired them to fix.
Recently, I had my contractor install the required beam and correct the issue permanently — for less than $1,200.
Based on my experience, this company either failed to properly diagnose the problem in the first place or knowingly recommended unnecessary work. Either way, just stay away from these guys. Absolutely disgraceful.

Their website clearly states on the first page, REQUEST FREE INSPECTION. I called them with this request and right away the woman was saying that there will be an initial cost for someone to come out for a quote BUT you get that credited towards your purchase. This is not free and if fact, extremely misleading. This tells me everything i need to know about doing business with this company.
