Attended Cornerstone Physiotherapy after having a tendon injury playing pickleball. Camilla, my physiotherapist was great marching me slowly but effectively through a series of progressive exercises and stretches. I was so pleased with the progress I made that I eventually recommend Camilla to my wife for her walking difficulties. My programme is now complete but my wife continues with Camilla. Recently, I saw Jan at Cornerstone Physiotherapy for some pretty significant knee discomfort. During assessment, he quickly diagnosed my “injury” and gave me a list of exercises and within a couple months, my knee was feeling so much better. The facility is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the team at Cornerstone.
