I have been working with Sameer for 5 months on my left arm and shoulder after slipping on ice and I could not lift my arm. After working with Sameer my arm is 80% better and I am very thankful for his help and knowledge with my issue. With the exercises, movements, and massages I am able to have good movement in my shoulder and arm. I highly recommend
him to anyone who may need help in this area.
