We hosted our son's birthday party here. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool was perfect, the gym was fun for the kids to run around in and the staff helped keep the kids organized. The party room was a good size for us and the kids enjoyed pizza, chicken fingers and fries.

Thus club has been excellent to the racquetball community, geting us back to 6 courts to host major events like the Canadian National Racquetball Championships last week.
The desk and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.
I see comments about the condition of the club and would like to add that there has been a lot of work to fix things up after the covid shut downs. With a facility of its size, it takes a lot of time and money to get it all done. Let's think of ways to help the club raise the capital needed.

The club has been a great place for myself and my family to take swim lessons, work out and play racquetball. Additionally, I have run a variety of events at Cedar Springs. The staff have always been very accommodating and the club has been very helpful in providing what we need to run a successful tournament, junior camp or fun kids day. Additionally, the club is very well maintained and clean, which has provided a welcoming environment for the local and out of town participants that have attended our events.

If I could give a zero star rating I would worst experience I’ve ever had at this tennis club. The managing team needs to get a grip. Multiple managers went off on a power trip yelling and screaming, and even using profanity at guests The place was a dump, mold and rust all over and a leaky roof with buckets filled with contaminated water dripping from the ceiling and seeking through the windows, I would definitely not recommend.

I was at cedar springs earlier this week and it was by far some of the worst customer I have ever experienced anywhere. The manger had absolutely no respect for anyone there yelling telling them can’t be there when They could. She even told me to shut up. I was honestly shocked and still am. There were leaks all over the ceilings and buckets everywhere catching the rain. This is not how a tennis club should be ran let alone a business. I can positively say they will never have my service or my peers again!

This is a great racquet club, with a lot of additional activities. Various areas have been renovated and the staff is really friendly.

I quickly would like to give you my subjective review of the current front desk staff at Cedar Springs. This group of youthful and energetic employees are the gateway to our fitness and leisure experience. I find them to be congenial, helpful, knowledgeable and positive. I think that covers it. Thanks

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Cedar Springs Club, particularly with Coach Russel. He is incredibly aggressive, frequently swearing at the kids and insulting both them and their mothers. His behavior is not only unprofessional but also outright racist. We stayed for two years, hoping things would improve, but it became unbearable. My son was often subjected to verbal abuse, including being sworn at with inappropriate and degrading language. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, especially in an environment meant to nurture and support children. I cannot recommend this club to anyone who values respect and a positive atmosphere for their kids. Parents should be aware of the toxic behavior displayed by this coach.
