A few years ago, I used carpetdeals.ca to replace the carpet in my family room and on 2 staircases. I was very happy with the service they provided and with the quality of the products and the installation. Fast forward to today, and needing to replace the carpets in my bedrooms, hallway and on another staircase, I didn’t hesitate to give them my business again. Once again, the service was excellent. They were even able to provide the exact same carpet that I had installed a few years ago. The new carpet blends seamlessly with the old. The sales rep, Dan was a pleasure to work with. Awesome company! The carpet looks fantastic, the installers were friendly, the person who came to measure for the carpeting (Johan) was also super helpful in helping me decide on which carpet to go with and the process of having the carpet installed went smoothly. I needed to push the install date a bit to have the banister updated before they installed the carpeting and they were very accommodating and quickly moved my carpet installation date with no issues. Ivan was the person in charge of scheduling the install for me and he was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much, we love our carpeting.
