I literally had NO idea what I was doing, was in a sandwich accident in Burlington. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely caring and patient people, explained everything I should do and dropped off my car the day and time they said they would.

We needed to install a new liner in our Chimney so a new Water Tank could be installed. We called around several companies but they were not interested in providing service to us. Burlington Natural Gas told us there would be there the next day.Kevin & Dustin showed up at the appointed time just as they said. They were efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.
