He kept me updated, called when he said he would, and even had me come back to test the fingerprint login again. In the end, he got me back in for $120 instead of $300. Honest, transparent, and seriously skilled. Under‑promise and over‑deliver.

I am one of the few still using a Blackberry Key 2. I prefer the keyboard. Recently my battery was not holding a charge. Since I had previously used Burlington Cell Phone repairs a few years ago to change the screen, I decided to contact them again,They had the battery when I called them and said they could change it while I waited. I travelled from Niagara Falls and it was worth the drive.
