I don’t understand why best buy employs so many people for customer service, they all just stand around talking to each other rather than helping customers. They also do not know many specs and details on the electronics.

Big thanks to Hassan for all of his help. He was 5 star, but Best Buy HQ and Bell need to figure out why their systems aren't working well. That's why only 4 stars here. Hassan got on the phone with Bell on my behalf and tried everything for me that he could do. It ended up taking way longer - blame Bell - but he got me what I needed and I walked out with my brand new Samsung S24 Ultra! Thanks, Hassan!
