Bailey Nelson Optometrist - Mapleview Shopping Centre

I visited Bailey Nelson at Mapleview Mall to order a new pair of contact lenses. Having worn contacts and glasses for over 30 years and visited many optical stores in the past, I can honestly say this is by far the best experience I've ever had. The entire staff was very polite, welcoming, and thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Tsai was also a pleasure. She took the time to go over my concerns and needs, conducted a thorough fitting exam, and carefully examined my eyes with the new trial pair. I was super impressed and pleasantly taken aback by the level of care. Thank you, Bailey Nelson. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be referring others.

Despite the fact that I had never heard of the company before today, the receptionist who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful that I now actively want to come in and get my glasses here. Hiring the right employees makes all the difference! ☺️

Really thankful for the team’s attention to detail and warmth. Finding the right pair was a breeze. When the lab missed the nose pads, I was able to keep the glasses as they worked to rectify the issue. My frames arrived sooner than expected and they made sure it was a perfect fit.
