Everything was amazing until the new Director or operations.Two carpenters quit, and I was let go for no reason and given no explanation after over a year of service and loyalty, and expressing how much I want to have a future here at that company.They instead decided to opt in for temp workers instead of improving the skills of their current employees.Favouritism plays a huge role in this company. If you’re friends with the boss you can stay for a long time.
