Had an issue with a spa pump, I called they setup an appointment quickly. Tech came out replaced the pump and I’m back in business. Communication was great throughout. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We had our Arctic Spa delivered on 9/10/2025 by Tyler & Tyler and we were very pleased with their service. They had the spa set up, spa school completed, and tub filled up all within two hours. Couldn't be happier with our McKinley spa and the service from the time we stepped foot into the showroom until we were sitting in it at home relaxing. Highly recommend Arctic Spas to anyone.
