We had a bad leak in our roof. I phoned for repairs or a quote on a new roof. They said first thing they’d do was send a repair guy. And that’s what they did. Delightful chap. Got down on his hands and knees and found the hole and fixed it. Told me the shingles were fine, and he didn’t do quotes anyway.
