We have an annual contract. Today Johnathon came. On time. Thorough. Serviced A/C and restarted the gas fireplace pilot that has been poorly serviced by another contractor. Polite, tidy. 11/10! I love that the service people don’t use the maintenance appointment as an opportunity to sell unneeded products or service.
