Had Gil come to the property myself and my wife were looking to purchase. He showed up on time and went right to work. During his inspection, he was very communicative with all of his findings. Anything from the roof to the garage door, he covered it all. He was very detailed in his report.
If you need someone to give you a proper home inspection I would highly recommend him. He will give all the information you need to make an informative decision on your purchase.
On August 29, Gil inspected my soon to be 'new' home (built in 1989). His inspection was efficient and thorough. His summary was concise, and accompanying him on the inspection was enjoyable. We discussed several issues that could and/or should be addressed and also recommended local businesses which would help me do so when I finally move in.
