Clarence, Mo and their entire team are fantastic. The shop runs with Swiss watch precision and artistry. They understand customer service and quality like no other service Center I’ve been to.

Well well - when I bought my SR22 I picked it up at Tri-City Aero in Oct 2024.
I was absolutely taken away by the professional reception at the time !
I was invited back for the annual.
I flew back from SK for the annual as scheduled- by no surprise the annual was done basically in a day and a half as promised.
I arrive at 6:30 pm the day before and Clarence , Mo and Turner was waiting for me all along and tug my plane into the hangar for the night. They followed me on Flightaware to check my progress all day
The next day there was a Cirrus event in the hangar - my plane was all polished up and was part of the display - looked brand new

This s now the second time Clarance and the Trinity team have “ Rescued “ my aircraft. We were visiting the Owen Sound (Meaford) and while inspecting the aircraft for departure found a screw missing that operated the gear door. With weather approaching and a long way from home we were in a difficult spot, that was until calling Tricity Aero. Within 90 minutes of the call Clarence arrived in his Comanche, tools in hand and the problem was corrected. Clarence and his team are truly EXTRAORDINARY and I have no idea as to why anyone would have their aircraft serviced anywhere else.
A huge thank you to Tricity for once again going ABOVE and BEYOND, it’s greatly appreciated.
