From design to sourcing to install they are thoroughly professional in their approach and work. With supply times we all have to be patient these days as materials and expertise are all in high demand. Plan the project out and be fair in your expectations and you will find the west river team will do a great job for you. We hired West River Design to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. From the beginning Lisa and Jeritt were great to work with. Their design ideas were spot on and they kept us informed through the process. They were flexible, detailed oriented and trustworthy which made the renovation process easier to get through. We began working with Lisa just over a year ago. Initially my husband was skeptical as we have very different opinions on design. Lisa was able to find a balance between beautiful design and comfort that both of us enjoy. People are amazed at how large and open our small living & dining room area looks with Lisa's open and airy design. We also used Lisa to re-design our master bedroom for a more grown up and sophisticated design. Lisa is fantastic with communication and attention to detail - we always knew what was going on and were very involved in the entire process. We love our new spaces and look forward to working with Lisa again in the future!!
