We were offered a hot espresso during our consultation and found Paula to be extremely knowledgeable. She recommended products based on very specific requests by us (Canadian made, specific colours and valance style right down to the colour of the chain).Installation came later and Paula’s son Sebastian and their other installer Randy were delightful to work with. They were professional and careful and even took the time to dote on our little baby who was home during installation.When we had a problem with one of the blinds, Randy came out the same day I sent the email and was able to repair it for us.
