We appreciate Kayla's assistance in helping us purchase our living room furniture. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the product lines offered by La-Z-Boy. Kayla offered us very useful suggestions on different options available and which type of furniture would best suit our personal needs and our limited living room space. Kayla was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely go see her again for any furniture purchases.

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked into the store, we were greeted by Kayla with a warm smile. Her knowledge patience, professionalism and overall service was top-notch. I was in the market for a recliner, but was not sure if I wanted to go for a manual one or one that had a remote control. Kayla showed me the different options that La-Z-Boy had to offer not just the most expensive recliners and gave me the pros and cons with each one that I was interested in.
