What a refreshing change from many other shops. I recently had an annual done at a shop in Brantford and it was a complete disaster ultimately resulting in my aircraft being grounded by Transport Canada, the shop missed two critical AWDs. Without the efforts of TriCity there is no doubt that my aircraft would have remained stranded for an extended period. Clarence flew to my home airport, completed the inspections / repairs and Transport Canada released the aircraft. Clarence knew precisely what TC was looking for and efficiently got it done. He took the time to explain what was needed and why, he wants to educate his customers about their aircraft, No Smoke and Mirrors.
