After hours upon hours of research and looking at things at Home Depot and Rona, I decided to go to this location and immediately found exactly what I was looking for. If you were in need of any parts for your reverse osmosis system, I would start here before you try any big box retailer. Not only did they have the parts but the service I received from the lady there was awesome. She went well out of her way to ensure I was getting what I needed. Although the store is a you fill your own water sort of place, do not under estimate what they can get you. Thank you so much for your kind service. Today was much appreciated.
I recently moved to Hamilton , from Brampton, for obvious reasons LOL , peace and quiet , less crime , less shootings for example. Anyway , I had a water filtration system in my house in Brampton that I purchased from the Water Store in 2004. It was flawless in the delivery of purified water. So I looked around the Hamilton area for the same product could not find it . To make a long story short , I went back to the Water Store in Brampton and purchased the equipment of higher quality for less!! By far!! These people at the Water Store do the best they can for their customers . They are very honest ! I give them 10 STARS!!!
just stopped by to get some water and the owner was so nice helped me refill my bottles and gave me 2 alkaline water(which is more expensive)for free just so i can try it. Not only that he gave me a token worth 5 dollars for a refill at the 247 station. highly recommend! great service and water
