The last time was last week on November 21st. Last night the toilet started making a loud noise and when I went to investigate, the water tank kept filling up non stop and spilled water on the floor. Today I called Trademark plumbing and the experienced plumber came and told me that the problem was the fact that the Styrofoam tank that Canadian Home Plumbing installed a few years ago was literally floating around. They had glued it so poorly that it kept interfering with the valve in the toilet by floating. A few days after Canadian Home Plumbing installed it, I did noting that it was floating but never thought that it would be an issue. Now several years later, I am learning that I paid thousands of dollars in repairs for your incompetence. You buy dollar store gadgets that you install in people's toilet and you call yourself the best Toronto plumbers. What a farce! You should lose your license!Please stay away from Canadian Home Pluming and do your research carefully.“

“Dean is incredible! Beyond knowledgable, friendly, efficient, as busy as he is, he will always make time to get the job done. He has done many smaller plumbing services for us thru the years but the latest job was moving kitchen plumbing to another location, then installing garburator, dishwasher, new taps and setting up all the new kitchen plumbing.
