Bought a 2026 GLE53 Coupe at this dealership early January 2026. I had the pleasure of working with Waseef. He was extremely informative and professional. I’ve been to Mercedes-Benz Brampton three times for major concerns, including issues caused by a previous dealer who sold me a vehicle that wasn’t up to par. Karan at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate an OMVIC case, which I really appreciated. Raju also did great work on my car — the team has been thorough in getting it road-worthy and back into excellent condition. Every visit, they clearly explain any concerns, give options, and never pressure you. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Brampton, especially Karan and Raju.
I had the absolute best experience recently when I went to Mercedes Brampton to see a car I had found online!! From the moment I stepped through the showroom doors..I was impressed!! The showroom was impeccable.. I was greeted right away and introduced to the most gracious and helpful sales associate, Kevin Lam! I wanted to test drive the model I was interested in and they made it happen… Kevin even went out and started it so it would be warm for me! I had a trade in and they worked with me to make sure I understood its value.. when we were putting together the deal I was introduced to all parties involved in the deal..
