I had noises in the rear of my Dodge Ram. I knew Brittany and her team would figure it out . I have pretty good knowledge about cars but I’m not a mechanic, that’s why I left it to the professionals. I’ve had my truck at their shop a handful of times and felt comfortable with the diagnosis I was given . I would highly recommend Master mechanic on Fisherman Drive.

I know Paul the mechanic professionally and took my Minivan into him because I was having transmission issues. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a fair quote.He was able to fix my minivan that I needed for my work the following day.I was so happy to have my work vehicle back so quickly.Paul is very polite and friendly, he accommodates you if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend him and the great staff at Master Mechanic Heart Lake.

Professional. Prompt. Proficient. Precise. Price.I was referred to them by my brother-in-law and so I scheduled an appointment for oil change and winter tire swap. Despite who picks up the phone, they are all professional, polite, and provided excellent customer service. When I came in the shop, everything was pretty much clock-work like a well oiled machine. Britney was friendly and very thorough. She explained the process and the bill breakdown. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and was very smooth. I'm very impressed.
