The service department is amazing!!!!
The Lincoln gentleman who picked up and dropped off the car for a recalled part service are fabulous, friendly and courteous? Nice car wash and detailing during the service too. Thank-you Andrew for coordinating it all and keeping me informed.
We dealt with Jasmeet Heer at this location. I been to many Ford locations to get the car serviced and we have never gotten such service. He was very professional, genuine, and went above and beyond to assist us with our questions and concerns. He took his time and walked us through the issue of the vehicle. He provided exceptional service, he is truly an asset to the Ford team! Thank you for assisting us with such great professionalism it was a very seamless process.
