As a first-time pet owner, I was so worried when my cat ate something toxic. The receptionist, vet tech and Dr. Elaine were all so understanding and pleasant and let us know exactly what was happening during the process of my cat’s visit with them. While we hope to not frequent here, it’s nice to know there is a place where you know your animal will be well taken care of, at a fair rate.

Our cat was recovering from surgery to remove a growth when she experienced complications.Her paw started to smell and she seemed to be Irritated by the bandage .Due to the Labour Day weekend, our vet was closed.We came to this vet to check in on our cat and found out she had a severe infection. She had previously jumped with stitches on her leg and opened the wound. The wait times can be long which is expected for an emergency animal hospital. But the vets are incredible. My 16 year old cat had just got hit by a car and broke her front paw. With their help she has now fully recovered! My family vet even commented on how great the splint wrap was. I am very thankful for this hospital and their wonderful staff!
