The wait times can be long which is expected for an emergency animal hospital. But the vets are incredible. My 16 year old cat had just got hit by a car and broke her front paw. With their help she has now fully recovered! My family vet even commented on how great the splint wrap was. I am very thankful for this hospital and their wonderful staff!

I took my cat Leo in last night after arriving home and finding one of his fangs sticking out of his mouth (the tooth somehow broke off at the root). I called the clinic and they told me to bring him in. After arriving I phoned and was told there was a wait (which is expected at an emergency clinic). The clinic is not first come, first served; it is triaged just like our hospitals (as it should be). A lot of the other reviews complain about this fact, that other animals are being seen ahead of them. Read the reviews and was a bit unsure whether to stay or leave to look for another vet for my dog. I am glad I stayed. Amazing vet DR. Daniels!! Very friendly and non intimidating to my rescue dog. My dog had ear infection she gently examined, cleaned her ears. Bella was vey comfortable and cooperated well. Thank you team for taking care of Bella.woof woof!
