Can't beat Costco prices! Not a great number of frames, but a decent mix. I'm most impressed by the level of service at this busy location. Attentive and friendly at the unplanned 1st visit. Upon pickup, Dharmesh was patient and helpful when it came to fitting. A++

It's hard to give these guys a three. One gentleman helped me and he was pleasant. But the first experience when arranging for my glasses was down right rude.
He was trying to upsell me. He wasn't listening to what I was saying.

When I went to pick them up I had to wait. This wasn't the problem; it was when the staff was free they went and helped the person after me! The other staff asked him why he didn't assist me. He promptly left, never looking in my direction.

They assisted me and I asked what happened, he said he didn't say anything. When we were leaving we ended up being behind him at the exit, I recognized him. He was the gentleman who had originally...read full review

First time purchasing prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses from Costco. Prince helped me with both purchases and he was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Glasses were ready for pick up within days. Quality glasses and service, highly recommend! The gentleman that did my eye exam was excellent too!
