If you are currently trying to choose an optical place, I'll make it easy for you, this is it. They switched out the lenses on my almost 20-year-old pair of Versace sunglasses in a seamless 10-minute process and with great care. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the people who come through their doors. They’re also very knowledgeable and know their stuff! Thorough in letting you know what to expect during the process as well. Very impressed and happy I chose this place and will be spreading the word~
I went here to get my new glasses adjusted. I was immediately helped; they asked questions and kept making adjustments to make sure everything fit right. The adjustments were done for free and all in the span of less than 10 minutes. After inquiring about buying a glasses case, they gave me one without charge as well. The best customer service my partner and I have had in recent years.
I also went in to see if they could dispose of my old glasses, and they conveniently have a way where you can donate your glasses through them.
