We are always going to this BLINK location for all our prescription glasses needs, when we went there, PREET was not available who is usually the person who we talk to with all of our needs.We spoke with a guy and we left the location feeling great and it seems to be perfect! By the time that we are waiting on our glasses, we’ve noticed that it’s taking a while that was over the time frame of what we were told, so we’ve decided to check in.We then called in and spoke with PREET, who we usually speak with for all of our needs. Exceptional service by Preet! I was able to get exactly what I was looking for but most importantly everything was explained through out the process, creating the right solution for me. Made my experience very personable despite the Covid protocols. I recommend anyone visiting to book an appointment with Preet. Amazing service and experience!!
