I experienced the Japanese head spa treatment last week and it was amazing!
Lia welcomed me with her warm and friendly energy. She was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions throughout the treatment. She was able to adjust the water pressure to accommodate my sensitivity to the head wand and I found the scalp analysis was very interesting. Highly recommend this treatment as a new way to relax and treat any hair or scale issues. I particularly enjoyed the hair mask and steam treatment

I've lived in Bracebridge for 12 years and attended the Pedicure Room today for the first time. I had a shellac mani/pedi and experienced their Japanese head spa service along with a mini facial as well. ALL 4 services were absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. Kristen pampered me for almost 4 hours and was exceptional! I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the whole team!
