JL Car Care is one of the best run businesses of any kind I know of, with a fantastically helpful and knowledgeable team. Their service is always above and beyond, their prices are always affordable and transparent, and the team is friendly and great at explaining what's up with your vehicle. We bring our 2001 Outback here from 40m away, wouldn't trust our way to get to work with anyone else.
On our way back home my Santa Fe was having issues with its cooling system. We limped it over to JL Car Care on the Holiday Monday not knowing what we were going to do next. I opened the hood just to look and at that time Brad was walking towards us. His intention was to let us know that they were swamped with work and would not know when they could look at it. That being said, with my hood already up he though he would do us a major favour and take a look.Lo and behold he found a hose which was completely off. This was really strange since it had just been to the Hyundai Dealership in Richmond Hill fixing Hyundai's previous errors.Long story short he saved our day...read full review
Brad and his team have NEVER failed to provide me with a fantastic customer experience. If you are looking an honest and trustworthy business to take your car to for all your car repair needs JL Car Care is the place to go. I have never been disappointed and promise you will not be either. On a side note the renovations and additional space look amazing and have created a warm and welcoming environment. Well done guys!
