About Master Tech Automotive
Master Tech Automotive has been trusted for auto servicing for many years, with a history of excellent service from past and current staff. Customers appreciate the practice of showing the replaced parts and explaining the work done, which builds confidence in the service. The team is known for being very helpful, caring, and professional. They have fixed various issues on vehicles, including Mazda 3 sports, with perfect results. One customer traveled over 1,000 km to Muskoka and broke a motor mount on the way; the team fit them in the same day, providing quality service even to new customers. Many customers express a strong preference for this garage, often willing to travel long distances or wait until their next trip to Bracebridge to get their cars fixed. Overall, Master Tech Automotive is highly recommended for reliable, friendly, and thorough vehicle repair.
I was very sceptical about going to a new garage, but my local mechanic was unable to do an alignment. Jeff (Geoff?) was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend working with him. His knowledge and articulation was impeccable. I was ignorant to the issues my car was having. He took the time to explain simply, as well as physically show me, what was wrong with my car. He also took the time to explain how he corrected the issues. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fair the price was. I hope others have just as great as an experience as I did.
Mastertech has provided our auto servicing since the days of Norm then John and Christine. We are very satisfied with the service provided now by Jeff and crew. We really like the practice of showing the parts that were replaced and the explanation that is provided for work done. Even though we have not had major work done on our vehicle - I am confident in the service I will get in the future and recommend Mastertech to others.Services: Oil change
These guys have fixed several things ony Mazda 3 sport and everything they have done has been perfect. I originally went to them when I drove 1000+ kms to get to Muskoka to see family and broke a motor mount on the way and they fit me in even as a new customer that same day. Since that day I have not had any other garage fix my car. I wpuld rather drive the 1000kms each way to have these guys fix it or if possible just wait until next time I'm coming down to Bracebridge to get it fixed. All of the mechanics are super nice and very helpful and they seem to really care about their customers and helping get your car fixed. Best place I have ever been to by far.
