Mastertech has provided our auto servicing since the days of Norm then John and Christine. We are very satisfied with the service provided now by Jeff and crew. We really like the practice of showing the parts that were replaced and the explanation that is provided for work done. These guys have fixed several things ony Mazda 3 sport and everything they have done has been perfect. I originally went to them when I drove 1000+ kms to get to Muskoka to see family and broke a motor mount on the way and they fit me in even as a new customer that same day. Since that day I have not had any other garage fix my car. I wpuld rather drive the 1000kms each way to have these guys fix it or if possible just wait until next time I'm coming down to Bracebridge to get it fixed. All of the mechanics are super nice and very helpful and they seem to really care about their customers and helping get your car fixed. Best place I have ever been to by far.
