Bracebridge Glass Windows and Mirror

I've been dealing with Bracebridge Glass for a few years, I'm in Huntsville and it's worth the drive for me to do business with them! They are very professional and do everything possible to make it right! A shout out to Rachel also, very kind, polite and professional! I'll see yas soon!

They helped me replace a crazy arch thermopane window. They talked me through removal and replacement so they did not have to make a visit to the house. It also sped up the replacement time which was only a couple of weeks for that custom window. They also stock parts for our NUTEK windows (TRUTH hardware) which can be tricky online.

Was trying to place a time sensitive order 2 weeks ago, on the initial call I was told the order, once confirmed after a home visit and measurement, would take up to 4 weeks to fulfill which is ok, I conveyed the urgency of the order and they promised to visit, however, after that followed up 3 times each time a gentleman named M* promised to do the measurements soon (like “this afternoon”) and call me back to give me the confirmation of order but never did. I understood they are busy, but all they need to do was to tell me that so I can try another business. Now All I got from this interaction with them is wasted 2 weeks and my project is now in jeopardy
