Best pet store around! Stuff is always in stock and staff are very friendly. Some locations even have their own kitties. Feels much more personal than a Pet Smart. You might even be rewarded with a V.I.Pet box too!! My cats and I love this place 😁
Joseph and Antonella are truly amazing! Joseph was a lifesaver with my diabetic cat, offering some fantastic recommendations. Antonella also helped me out a lot with my kitten’s food. The atmosphere is just incredible everyone is so kind and greets you with such warmth, and they really care about your animals. You can shop with confidence here!
Great personal service. No need to go anywhere else. I just moved to Caledon East recently. I have only been here twice and feel like I've been going there for many years. Keep up the good work. It's tough to find that quality in retail. 👍
