The doctors, including Dr. Patel, take the time to listen to patients' concerns and explain everything thoroughly, providing personalized attention. The new office looks great and is much closer for many patients. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and professional, making patients feel comfortable and valued. With excellent service, including baby vaccines, Telemed Belleville has earned a loyal clientele and is a trusted healthcare provider. While the wait for an appointment can sometimes be frustrating, the addition of a walk-in clinic is expected to help with this issue. Overall, patients are very happy with every visit and appreciate the ability to book phone calls for refills.

Clean, new building. Amazing front desk staff. Always get in quickly, and am treated fairly and respectfully by the doctors. So grateful for this clinic!
Dr. Patel and the office staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait for an appointment can be a bit frustrating when you are trying to deal with a time sensitive issue like an ear infection, but I am hopeful that the addition of the walk in clinic will alleviate that concern. Hopefully Dr. Patel eventually relocates to Belleville permanently because he is a great doctor.
