So far so good. We are very pleased with our experience with TelemedMD. We were able to book our appointments online and be seen by a doctor in person and virtually. We are very greatful that they accepted my husband and I as their patients. Thank you to Lesley and Brooke for making our visits enjoyable and efficient. Toby, my service dog, loves to visit as well. He brings a smile to everyone he meets at the clinic. ??‍

I am happy to give this group five stars. Those managing took notice of some issues and resolved them. Front desk staff...Rosalyn...(I heard her say her name) performed exactly as an experienced receptionist should and was professional with everyone who came into the office. Medical help was 100% and I received copies of each item being address as well. Onward and upward for this group. Thx

I am so happy that my husband and I were accepted into this clinic.It is so wonderful to be treated by friendly and caring staff such as Brooke, the receptionist and Lesley, the nurse.We met the doctor we were assigned ( Dr. J.Idicula) over a Zoom meeting but found her to be friendly , knowledgeable and thoroughAs per the ON regulations we will be meeting a doctor in person shortly .It is reassuring to know that we have access to medical care without driving miles to a GP or by having to go to EmergI am quite ok with being seen for prescription renewals and understand that some prescriptions cannot be ordered just because you may want them or think you need them.
