Pro One was our last call before giving up on a pet-stained carpet after 2 other attempts to get the smell out. Richard showed up, and he understood the assignment. He got the remaining stain out and totally deodorized the room in time for our airbnb guest who was arriving the next day. There was no pet smell, no damp carpet, no clues for our guest that the carpet had just been treated other than a pleasant citrusy-clean scent. Pro One is no longer my last call for carpet (and duct and dryer vent) cleaning - they're at the top of my list!

If you need you ducts cleaned this is 100 percent the company to go with. Very reasonable pricing and unlimited ducts in that price. After buying this home we knew the ducts have never been cleaned and they were bad! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Customer service was phenomenal, all my questions answered and overall a great experience with this company. I will be recommending them to everyone. A+ job guys! I can't thank you enough!
