If cleanliness and rule enforcement is not important.. this place is for you. No one cleans equipment after use... people on their phones... and the biggest offenders of the rules get the best service from the staff. I Really enjoy the atmosphere & the staff are amazing, super clean & well organized, treadmills are very much repulsive, but that's the brand not the PF's fault hopefully,, the place & the staff deserve 5 golden stars. Very much recommended.

I've been to various planet fitness locations in the past. Love their facilities. That is why I've decided to sign up on the black card again!! Tristan, the associate here in Belleville, was courteous and kind to answer all my questions! Looking forward to starting this new health journey!!!
