Very helpful staff and dr. They all go above and beyond.

I was there today for a skin infection. The receptionist was very polite and friendly and I was seen quickly by Dr Uwah who was very outgoing as well. Very quick positive experience. Super handy being located within the pharmacy as well. All in all, i was half hour in n out with prescription in hand. Thank you to all the staff for locating in our town

Nothing but good things to say about my walk-in experience! Booked online for an appointment because my regular family doctor was closed. Was in and out with a prescription in 20 minutes. Friendly staff and doctor. Will definitely be back if I need care outside of my usual doctor’s hours!

I’m not a rostered patient here but have been getting care by Dr Uwah by booking appts online - they are amazing here. The receptionist is amazing, she is down to earth, friendly and remembers SO many of the folks that come in.
Dr.Uwah is attentive, kind and always takes concerns seriously and with care. Grateful to have access to this clinic. 🤍

Called for an appointment at 10:30 and received no call back. They are no closed and still haven’t received a call. Not impressed after telling them how urgent (but not emergent) my issue was.

Friendly, kind helpful receptionist, Dr. Lee is absolutely wonderful. It is great that they text you a time to come back if there is a lengthy wait time. Highly recommend.

First Off I will like to say this may be the kindest, most efficient, down to earth medical office I have ever been blessed to meet. My Mom is 81 yrs old and has had no primary care Dr for 6 years. She has used this as awalk in clinic, for some time now. I have been more involved as my Moms needs a bit more help, I live in Toronto. With that said I decided to tag along to see exactly how this walk in/telemed thing works.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised!! All the staff, were warm, welcoming and so lovely!! After just a few minutes I could see the warmth and the high quality nature of this office.
A conversation clarified my Mom was not yet a patient, however they understood she is in need. From that moment on I knew they were genuine and trustworthy. They worked with what was going to work with us to get my Mom an appt for our meet and greet. Took the time to see exactly what we needed.
Jessica, Lesley, Doc Ouwah (sp?) All stupendous!! They all are so easy to deal with, stuff gets done quick and painless!
My Mom has had to have lots of paperwork filled out, easy peasy! They are on it!!
My Mom is so happy to finally have good people to deal with her future care. I cannot say enough about how happy I am this team is here for Belleville. I hope it grows and people will see how lovely this new Dr and his staff all are !!
