My 84 year old mother had been a loyal client and customer there for 41 years and because she is a struggling senior, to save a few dollars she asked for her PD to buy her glasses online and they wanted to gouge her $50 to give her information in her chart that she is entitled to. I measured the DIY manual way. She is no longer a client there.

Having been under the professional eyecare service of Dr. Christmas since 2005, I cannot say I have had one bad experience either with Dr Christmas or his office staff. My only question is to the people who have been left upset, or angry. Why not have a face to face with Dr. Christmas and ask for some answers. I find him to be a very reasonable man.That is the mature, dignified and (self) respectful avenue to take rather than play the lowlife keyboard warrior.

If I could leave a Zero I would. Dr Christmas what has happened to your practice !!!! The treatment I have received in the past 2 weeks is totally unexplainable . I was in crisis and just wanted a little help, reassurance , advice and it took a week for a return message to be answered. Then after being told I would be contacted the next morning another week pasted . Another phone call was made and I was told you could not help me and if I was that concerned go to Emergency or find another Dr to help me Seriously after 25 years of your care this is how you are allowing your office to be run . I truly am at a loss. FYI I did find someone to help me and I guess by the reviews...read full review
