I went into Best Buy in Belleville ON yesterday to get some assistance for an Amazon Fire 8 tablet that I had bought thru them on-line. A salesperson approached me in the store and I informed them that I could not download a movie onto the tablet as it kept saying "error". I told the salesperson I had the tablet with me, however he explained to me that you can only watch movies or buy movies, but you cannot download. I told him that I had google searched this product and it said you can download. He said he was sorry, but I was wrong. We were just about to leave disappointed but Abby saved the day!!!! Usually the service is aggressive, today when we needed help not one person smiled at us, go figure. We'll be back!!!
