I had a wonderful experience at this standalone location and highly recommend choosing this store over the mall Express location. I came in to purchase a new console bundle with a protection plan. The staff here were incredibly knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining all the different protection plan tiers and financing options so I knew exactly what was available.
Although the specific console bundle they had in stock at the time had a damaged box, and I preferred a pristine one since it was a major $700+ investment, the team was completely understanding.
