Excellent customer service. I've been getting my phones from this store for a good number of years, staff is super friendly and Michelle (store manager) has Always provided me great offers and wonderful deals on my phones & plans. Need a new phone , ask for Michelle at Best buy, she's great.

Amazing service, Rizwal is great at what he does, very knowledgeable and professional. Been dealing with him for years now and has never disappointed, always know when I come to see him I will be taken care of. Rizwal takes pride in what he does and always has a positive attitude and is very informative when ever I have a question. I would highly recommend going to see him for all your mobile needs!

Due to no fault to the store I was stuck waiting over 2 hours to get a new phone activated. They were amazing with their customer service and over the top assistance/patience and kindness while we waited for the service providers slow service. I would highly recommend coming in to deal with the staff especially Michelle!
