The individuals at this store were very kind and understanding when it came to warrenty/coverage, and helped to sort out a mix up and make sure I left with the best experience possible given the situation. Specifically one of the managers Jason, and two others named Nik and Nick! Because of the effort from these individuals and willingness to help me get what I needed without breaking my bank, I will be returning to best buy for any future purchases.
