Dawn has led me right every appointment and listens to what you'd like to formulate a plan to achieve it! Watching Lisa with her clients also has beautiful results - they're experts for your hair! This is coming from a girl whom went from black box dyes to blonde without killing my hair! There's no judgement for not knowing a lot about hair, and the round table discussions make you feel comfortable! I use to dread going to the hair salon and now its something I look forward to! I used to do my haircuts in larger salons but it was like they cared for quantity rather than quality. I decided to go this time to a smaller salon, Flawless Hair Design, and I am happy I did it! The hair stylist who is also an owner took her time with me and did the job thoroughly, making sure every hair is in its place)))). I felt that she did care about the final result as if she was doing her own hair cut. The results turned out to be just exactly what I was expecting to see!
