Deserves more praise for the kind, careful and client focused work she does.First time visit, she was excellent, helping to style my girlfriends hair and ensure she left with a smile. Second visit she worked with me to surprise my girlfriend for an hair appointment prior to a grad. She helped organize the appointment and ensure we could still have something for graduation day, despite moving the appointment last minute. She was fantastic with ensuring ever detail was met. Not only did my girlfriend look great, the hair was perfect and she had the biggest smile I have seen. It was perfect.I thank her and we will be returning again without a doubt! “From now on I promise to myself to never go to big hair salons. I had a wrong perception of them, thinking that the bigger business is the better quality service I recieve. I used to do my haircuts in larger salons but it was like they cared for quantity rather than quality. I decided to go this time to a smaller salon, Flawless Hair Design, and I am happy I did it! The hair stylist who is also an owner took her time with me and did the job thoroughly, making sure every hair is in its place)))). I felt that she did care about the final result as if she was doing her own hair cut. The results turned out to be just exactly what I was expecting to see! I love my new hair style and now I know which hair salon I will be going to!“

“I’ve been going to Platinum Studio for several years now and have always had the best experience! Jennie is my go-to girl and I would never choose to go anywhere else. In the past, when she has had to take some time off, Lauren and Deb have also done my hair and they were wonderful as well! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It takes time but that’s because they do it right and the proof is in the way my hair feels afterwards. My colour/highlights last forever and my hair always feels healthy.
