Zainab's review is a flagrant exaggeration. I am a frequent patron and was present at the time. This mother and her daughter were crowding and interrupting the stylist, clearly making it difficult to do her job. The owner politely asked them to create space for the stylist so she could do her job and they were beyond rude. No one should have to deal with this type of customer, though I am sure it's not their first. I am consistently pleased with my hair cut and the staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. 10s across the board.

One of the staff that was there has a long history of the area and the Base, dating back to when there was a lot more on Base and Angus was somewhat smaller.
