“I can’t say enough good things about this Great Clips location in Alliston. After having a really unfortunate experience at the location where I live, I decided to try this one since it’s closer to my work—and I’m so glad I did.

The service here is truly incredible. I now make the trip all the way from Orillia just to get my kids’ haircuts done because the experience is that good.

My son is sensitive to the sound of clippers, so haircuts can be challenging. Carm and Julie went completely above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and safe. It started off a bit rocky with some tears, but their patience, kindness, and positive energy completely turned things around. By the end, he was smiling—and now every time we go in, he happily greets them.

All of the staff are lovely, but Carm and Julie truly have something special. They create such a welcoming, caring environment and build genuine connections with the kids in their chairs.
