Great experience from upfront consult/quote process right through to install. Consult/quote process was thorough, with a clear, detailed explanation of what was required and what to expect. Installation happened the following day. The wildlife technician was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. No surprises during install and provided clear instructions on next steps before completion. Would highly recommend Skedaddle.
For years I had been putting off properly sealing my house against the seasonal influx of mice. This spring I decided to hire professionals to finally get the job done (and do a much better job than I could do myself!). I had a fantastic experience with Skedaddle - their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the exterior of my home, explained exactly where the problem was coming from, and outlined a clear plan to fix it. In addition to sealing the house against mice, they also replaced inadequate grates on the roof to keep out larger visitors. Very impressed with this service. Aerin was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She did a very thorough job in safely removing a raccoon family from my attic and sealing up all potential future access points. I would absolutely request her service again if needed and would recommend to anyone in need of wildlife removal.
